To ensure you can access the app or website without issues, make sure you don’t have an active VPN. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you identify and deactivate any VPN on your device.

📱 iOS (iPhone or iPad)

How to check if a VPN is active:

  • Open the Settings app.

  • At the top of the screen, look for a VPN icon next to the Wi-Fi or mobile signal. If it appears, a VPN is active.

  • Alternatively, go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > VPN to see configured connections.

❌How to disable the VPN:

  • Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.

  • If a VPN is active, toggle it off or tap Disconnect.

  • If you're using a third-party VPN app (like NordVPN, ExpressVPN, etc.), open the app and disconnect it directly from there.
